Poly-N is a palette of modulators for powerful structural reconstruction of the skin. Thanks to their nucleotide content in the form of nucleic
acids, the preparations stimulate fibroblasts to intensively rebuild collagen and elastin, so that the skin regains its youthful contour and visibly
smoothes. The increase in volume of sagging skin is also due to the ability of the polynucleotides to strongly hydrate tissues and improve skin
tone in the long term.
Poly-N regenerates damaged tissues and also increases the resistance of cell DNA to the negative effects of ultraviolet radiation and oxidative
stress. By acting synergistically on different skin cell types and improving their metabolic functions, Poly-N provides a comprehensive and
multidimensional way to rejuvenate the skin.
POLY-N STRONG is housed in a graduated luer-lock connector ampoule with a capacity of 2ml packaged in an individual blister pack.
The package additionally contains a leaflet with instructions for use and self-adhesive labels with a batch number for treatment documentation,

INDICATIONS
POLY-N’s advanced formula is designed to instantly improve skin firmness, tone and biological rejuvenation. POLY-N is an excellent
rejuvenating and lifting therapy for mature, dry, flabby and lackluster skins. The treatment is dedicated to skin rejuvenation, strong stimulation
of fibroblasts and endogenous hyaluronic acid, collagen and elastin reconstruction. POLY-N promotes the restoration of skin cohesiveness and
density, causes smoothing of wrinkles and creases, improves tissue hydration and moisturization.

DOSAGE AND METHOD OF APPLICATION
POLY-N is intended for professional use. Remove makeup from the treatment area and clean with an antiseptic before application. Apply to the
skin up to 2ml per treatment. Incorrect or non-compliant use of the product may lead to complications and side effects.
TREATMENT CYCLES
Perform POLY-N in a series of 3-4 treatments, 21-28 days apart. 1 booster treatment every 3 months. POLY-N must be injected into non-inflamed,
disinfected, healthy skin. The technique used is essential for the success of the treatment. There fore this device must only be used by doctors
who have received specific training on the injection technique. The area to be treated should be disinfected thoroughly prior to the injection. Use
the 30G ½” needle and inject slowly by applying the appropriate injection technique. Inject POLY-N at room temperature and with strict asepsis
conditions. The concentration of the product and the number of treatments are selected by the doctor and tailored to the individual needs, the
area of action and the patient’s problem.
PERIOPERATIVE RECOMMENDATIONS
For optimal treatment results and safe recovery, you should: do not apply makeup until 12 hours after the procedure avoid tanning beds and
excessive sun exposure for up to 2 weeks after the procedure do not expose the treatment area to extreme low or high temperatures hydrate the
